Ten Lepers Bible Craft Template – The One Who Said Thank You

When Jesus healed ten men of leprosy, he sent them to show the priests they were well again. Jesus never asked them to thank him, yet one man turned back to say thank you. Just one!

Parents are often reminding children to mind their manners and say thank you. But there’s a difference between using our manners and having a heart truly full of thanks. One is being polite, the other is genuine gratitude.

Use this craft to talk about what your children are thankful for. If they’re stuck, ask what makes them happiest, those are the things a thankful heart can hold onto.

Luke 17:11-19

  • Printer
  • Paper

Instructions

  • Print, cut and colour in heart template.
  • Ask your child what they are thankful for. They can either write what they’re thankful for or draw pictures inside the heart.
  • Remember, if they can’t think of anything, ask them what makes them the happiest. These are the things in their life they can be genuinely thankful for.

** HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PAPER from Amazon** which I use for ALL my crafts because it’s a bit thicker than ordinary printer paper and prints brilliantly!!!
